Our day starts early. From 5 AM we're baking biscuits from scratch, cooking thick slices of Mariah bacon, and cracking every egg by hand. At lunch we hand-patty fresh beef burgers, serve Nathan's all-beef hot dogs, and make the B.A.D. Dog, a bacon-wrapped, deep-fried hot dog piled with chili and cheese.
You'll find us beyond the restaurant too. Our food truck and BBQ stand come out for the Georgia Apple Festival every year with slow-smoked BBQ and Brunswick stew, and Jennie Leigh's Catering brings our cooking to weddings and events all over the area.
